What a nice idea, Mickey. Thank you. We all need to take a wee bit of time to find some calm, some peace, some quiet, some inner reality. Candles are a favourite of mine. They help one to focus on stilling my mind, switching off all the worries and demands of life, for a few minutes. Yes, there is an 'OFF' switch. I especially like to view lit candles, in a quiet, shadowed church. Many church candles are no longer made of wax, but are electric these days ... ;o( Warm regards from a sunny and showery Glasgow, John.
