Another image that I was working on as a possible entry into the bryce challenge...this one was more of an exploration in the Deep Terrain Editor,which was used to create the terrain textures and the cloud formations.The terrain texture combined a rocky desert texture with a customized sand and grass texture,using a black and white procedural to mix.The sky,light ,atmo and clouds are all custom...the sky was used as the IBL to light the scene(sun enabled).The spaceship is a Bryce 6 creation,incorporating a shape from Spacebones."Cast shadows" was selected in the cloud lab,and the sun intensity tweaked.Rendered in Premium,postwork in PS involved a slight levels boost,signature and resizing.Thanks for taking the time to view and comment!
