Description

Isnt it just a genious title? ;-D HA! This acrylic painting is very thick ;-) I have changed the background 3 times and the vase 2 times, by just painting over the old painting :-) I have really been fighting this painting, but I had also kind of fun. Well, now I feel it is finnished and I cannot seem to do it better than this....for now, atleast. Maybe another day I will fiddle a little more. Dont know, but I am finally beginning to like it. Hope you like it just a little bit for what it is worth.....in paint and canvas, lol! Have a beautiful day. We have been out in the country, visiting another toen an hour away. I tried to take som shots, but the weather was pretty grey and foggy, so there was soooo boring, so I didnt come home with anything worth posting.... I think. I don't know what you did to the background and the vase, but the result is outstanding! The background perfectly sets off your subject, and the vase is gorgeous! It really does look like glass. Stunning work!

I have fought with paintings too. Sometimes my mind and hand seem perfectly in tune, and other times they are not speaking. It may have been a battle, but when the smoke cleared you had a beautiful painting. Lovely colors and textures.

It is GREAT Helle:) If you didnt tell about your fight, i wouldnt say..They seem appear so easily ! And the vase looks splendid with the transparence! I love it all:) the use of the colours and the brush strokes in the flowers is wonderful to see! It is a great painting!
