Lt O’Malley is just getting settled in to his first assignment after graduating from the academe. O’Malley is a little down after having his first good looks at his new quarters. The green as grass shave tail realizes that its going to take time, skill and luck at what ever they throw at him to move up to better quarters on the higher decks.
