Description

Had a lil fun with this one.. Messing around with the radial blur. Duplicated some layers for the bg fx. Using the Dystopia city blocks as my bg prop for the blureffect, used the wand on the other, and kept just the window glare. vendor defines: Jepe's: Ring Props for Poser.
