I was near the Los Alamitos Air Staion (near Long Beach, Ca) and a jet very much like this was coming if for a landing right over my head. I didn't see it at first, but knew it wasn't a commercial jet, it was so loud. They are pretty incredible machines!!

I haven't seen one of these girls in action except for TV coverage but I believe it's just awesome to see in action. Well captured against the blue skies.

Just can't make up my mind about this...a very fine technical achievment but a 'souless lump'.Like everything else, they're all starting to alike. Faultless photography, excellent capture but the subject........bring back the Spitfire! they're far cheaper to run.

It exudes power just sitting there. Wonderful shot. Dana

How sleek and beautiful this looks.

Great capture. But external drop tanks? Kind of spoils the stealth aspect of the design! Luke is having a family day coming up on the 19th and 20th of this month. I hope they have a F-22, maybe a F-35 and a B-2 fly-by!
