My first love of fractals came with Ultra Fractal, but I have also learned my way around APO, but have to admit in the past few months since discovering MB3D i have seldom used the other 2 platforms. MB3D has so much to offer and explore it is amazing.  i work in the healthcare field in northern Manitoba so there is not that many distractions to keep me from exploring a newly found creative streak.Â

We just had the rodeo here in San Antonio not too long ago. I'm sure they had that goin' on, although we didn't go this year. Cool frac as well! Excellent composition! (:

How you created this is really amazing. Such great result. Fascinating. And please, let Glenda rest as long as needed, it's so important to do so. Take care, dear friends!

Fantastic image! As for Glenda: You stay in bed, young lady! No computering for you for a while! And that's an order! :-) Corrie

Well Jim.....You blended these together grandly....(smiles)....I was raised for 16 years around horses....been to quite a few of these events...Always thought how a horse could take such precise cornering without the use of a steering wheel quite fascinating...lol...Glad all is well as can be expected....

Terrific job!!!

Clever, Jim. Great merging of frac and photography. You've got it just right, without too much pp. It's getting a bit cooler here, too. Suddenly the nights are distinctly autumnal. Yesterday, I turned on the heating during the day. After 35C, it got very chilly feeling at 21. Go Glenda! Those cats are just ummm catlike. Cats are my most favourite of all animals. Sometimes better even than some humans! Thinking of you, too, Jim. Yes. Officialdom MUST have known aboiut the eastern suburbs, although the media didn't 'get it' for far too long, distracted by the easy stories of dramatic rescues and big slips on the Sumner cliffs (why did they build there anyway? It's been known for more than 50 years it was unstable there .) You'd have seen the Time Ball up there, and can probably remember what I'm talking about. (Time bvall has to be demolished) Irony: most of those people up there just upped sticks and moved to their holiday homes. Which is good. Terrible loss for them, of their homes BUT...Anyway I am still expecting much papering over the cracks (unfortunate pun) as officials wake up to what they admitted. It's fascinating watching at close hand the machinations of NGOs and disaster authorities on the ground, especially the Red Cross. There have been anti NGO murmers for a long time. Seeing it first hand is most unedifying, and so very disappointing, not just for NZ, but for the world. But I'm ranting again lol. Again: GO GLENDA. And I don't mean rushing round cleaning the house, Jimmy and family are more than capable of doing that. But the cats need you for lots of stroking and reassurance. They will have missed you too. Oh dear, the writer in me has once again got out of control. It's another flippin' book, I'm afraid!

this is an amazing idea and work !!

Shining work.

Hello... The fractal is awesome!! You are the first that I am commenting to, it is nice to be home again. To say thanks for all the help and tender care I have been given by you seems so little. I have really appreciated all you have done and I am so blessed to have you for a husband. Jim I love you sooo sooo much.

A wonderful combination for an excellent scene, and it is a great looking fractal. I'm so glad that Glenda is home again, the cats will be pleased too.

It is that clover-leaf pattern that makes it such an amazing feat. The changes in angle and speed look impossible to me while I am actually seeing it done. Your image merger is absolutely seamless. What I really enjoy, is seeing all of the local ad billboards in the background. I have zoomed in as far as I can in an attempt to read them. I am a total sucker for local color. This is a very creative concept, Jim, and I have enjoyed it immensely. Great work! Also, I am pleased to see Glenda commenting. Hi Glenda!
Richardphotos
the background works so well with this fractal

This image is brilliantly done. What a strange fractal form. Have you seen the latest of Rita, three_grrrs ? She did something similar with a mb3d.
