I believe in it. I know several of my friends are amputees, so I have a fair understanding (I'd like to think) of what Phantom Pain is, and I believe in it. And though I've never experienced it myself... I imagine it being a very awkward, confusing, uncomfortable thing. hugs

Great image! Phantom pain is real, just as sixstring said. I know of one man who committed suicide after an amputation, he was in that much pain. I studied the phenomenon whilst at university (Psych minor).
