Description

MB3D / PSP Thank you for stopping for a coser look. Any and all comments are welcome and appreciated. Last evening as i worked on this imageI was getting frustrated as it basically looked like an angry sea and nothing more was emerging. Maybe it was a warning I should have heeded. As I got out of bed this morning the news is grim once more. A Massive earthquake hit Japan overnight. Now they are watching for tsunamis in Hawaii, and all along west coast of USA and Canada. The only good news of this is for once it did not head towards to the embattled residents of New Zealand. My thoughts and prayers go out once more to the people in Japan that are effected as well as hopes that the tsunami danger in north america will be minimal. Jim Yesterday's Image: thumb_2178666.jpg

It is unfortunate for many people, and we can only pray and remember with them. Your fractal shows a true picture of the danger and the depth of the water waves. A great movement is in your art-work, Jim.

I too woke up this morning to this all over CNN...Making it hard for me to do my morning rituals here in the Galleries as I'm watching all the terrible video's unfold on TV...This will truly be one of those(where were you)when this happened moments. The news just keeps getting more and more devastating as this historic event continues to unfold..My heart is hurting for all those effected... Sorry Jim...it's hard for me to stay focused....You know I enjoy your art!..No exception here!...back to watching this unfold....West Coast From Newport Beach California all the way up the west coast Sea Board to Oregon just was issued a tsunami warning!....

Nice, very nice I was watchin the news also, that was a Major Quake to be sure, devestating Power that Mother Nature has at her disposal. The thing that just dumbstruck me was that Prattling nitwit on the Today Show Meredith Vieira was stupid enough to say it's so early in Hawaii how will they know, if you have relatives or friends there you should call them and warn them of the impending Tidal Wave, she has to be on Glue. It's an island and they know how to handel the situation with that much warning but I doubt they need the freaking Communications system bogged down by a deluge of mainland crap on the airwaves during an Emergency situation, she should be slapped IMHO, that's just stupidity not proper at all. OK rant over

Impressive piece, Jim. Once more we can only be humbled by the forces that nature displays. And once more I'm very grateful that I live in a region that doesn't have heavy earthquakes, tsunamis, vulcanic eruptions, tornado's and so on.

This is a wonderful tsunami you have created and I wonder if you were being forewarned. The earthquake in Japan looks to have created another war zone in the world and the tsunami has just compounded the devestation. What a mess and my thoughts go out to them all. Christchurch was so lucky not to get a tsunami.

Can you see into the future? I hope that you see that the price of gas will go down soon. :) Beautiful work and nice tribute, the news is devastating I guess the only good news there is Japan has been through this before and they have learned from the past and build safer and stronger buildings so more will survive such a tragic disaster. Have a nice weekend.
