Description

Sadly, this is the only airworthy single-seat example of this pioneering British jet fighter left in the world. It was flown by 'MIG-15 killer' Sgt George Hale during the Korean War. See HERE for a very cool model made of this old flyer! The info on the page is also a great read.

Looks like an Mk6 or Mk8.. There are a couple of the Night Fighter varients flying in the UK but they are nothing like this! A brilliant plane, not as fast as its rivals but packing 4 20mm Cannon and build like a brick sh*t house! Thanks mate! Rob
