Description

There are so many things yet to do on this but I thought it was far enough to post. First, let me say that this model has TONS of things which need to be done to it to finish it. For example, the control panel screens still need to be completely redone. I downloaded the images from several websites and give credit to others who plowed that work for me. There are miscellaneous details which could be added (and maybe some day I will). In addition, the show had the bridge set lit in MANY different ways. I've rendered this with this particular setting but there are many different ways things were done. There were dozens of colors in the lighting as well. So in the end, I just did some stuff for the lighting and colors. The modeling was done 100% in Carrara. There are several thousand objects in this scene when a person takes into account all the buttons (EEEEK!). Enjoy.

Honestly, it looks perfect as a base set. The original set changed so many times and was adapted to fit any plot device that they came up with for whatever story-line they had going, that you will never get a definitive bridge layout. (And I think Shatner had his own personal lighting crew sometimes ;P ) From what you have described, the key thing here is that it is adaptable, which is good.
