Please, please, please click on for full view. I went for broke on the render settings, (6 hours to get past the hair, 2 hours for the rest of the picture), tell me it was worth it. Oddly enough the focus of this image is mainly about the eyes, the rest is window dressing. Cady by 3-DArena with Sam hair on RDNA and the Aphrodite dress on DAZ. Lower compression image on deviantart.

Wow... 6 hours? I'm not sure if I've got that kind of patience, but it's hard to argue with your results. And it's not the hair that grabs my attention, but her eyes. They really look sharp, nice work on this picture!
