Description
Last sunday I went to a tattoo-fair, which is not my usual "thing", but I had a good time, and the tattoo-people are just people as everyone else.. so I changed some of my prejudices.

This helps show how we judge people by how they look or dress. It is just human nature. This fellow is likely a wonderful person, but I have to admit if i went for a surgery of some kind and my surgeon came in decorated like this, I would have serious doubts about going thru with it, even though the tattoos have nothing to do with wether he would be a good surgeon or not.

I have a few and have gotten mixed attitudes about them. I know what kind of person I am but still mainly hide mine just to not have to deal with the pre-judging and glares of some people. In my experience, I think it is about half and half really between those that like and those that don't. In my case, I feel that I was good enough to be a United States Marine, get deployed, get wounded, get honorably discharged all to support the right of the 'not-likers', their attitudes just reinforce what we were/are fighting for.

Fantastic shot!! I agree, people are people no matter if they have tattoos, if they are green, blue, purple of skin... We are all the same , all Human but sadly some do not act like Humans. Wonderful shot as I said!

I agree with durleybeachbum. It would not be good for me either, as I too change my mind too often. But I must admit, I always wanted a tattoo. Two things kept me from getting one, first, the pain .. second, I have never found a design I loved enough to go through all that pain for! It is a wonderful portrait of a very intersting man.
