Description
Been playing again ...
Tree branches, cattails, heron, and people in boats are my own photography.
The environment is a combination of some stock photos I've had kicking around from when I was doing a lot of 3-D work, although none of those images had anything to do with landscape. They were texture shots of metal, along with some pebbles.
Having a ball! :D

Ah yes. Very creative. As I watch you do something like this, it gives me lots of ideas. I really like the 3D look you've achieved and the suggestions of things not photographically here, like the "river"... Amazing what can be done with the abundance of tools in Photoshop. More, more:)

Tara, this absolutely ROCKS! Wow! I love this image - it has a wonderful painterly feel to it, and yet.... It has a delightfully surrealistic look, but in a realistic way - if that makes any sense... It's easy to see you had a great time putting this together! Superb!

Beautiful, that heron looks a bit like the great blue that's been living in the pond behind my house and eating all my frogs. He's so pretty, but ome mosquito time I'm going to miss those froggys.

Looked at both the black and white and this colored one. I like this one best. The middle ground is clearer for me in color. I like the tree branches. They add depth and complexity.
