Funny one Evie. Looks like the guy has had too much beer and needs to find a place to empty his bladder...lol. And drunk too.. else why would he have drug a bench into the middle of a road? (lol). Sorry running so late, but working 12 hour days lately.. Bravo and hugs from Dave :^)
