Nice picture winter but with a little snag like. You see that guy who fishes on the ice near the rapids? Stupidity will never controlled the kind. But hey. To many people do to many stupid things that make the people in charge put STUPID laws out there to protect these stupid people....and the rest of us get to suffer because they were incompetent to use a little common sense NOT to do what they did in the first place. VERY FRUSTRATING TO ME!
