Description

I looked on the net for what this photo of this bird is but could not find it. I thought it was a king fisher but this bird is too big and not as colorful also of that bird. So if anyone knows please tell me. thanks taken at lake martin and those is cypress trees that will grow right out the water and live in the water.

I think it's in the Gull and Tern family Jocko. Looks a lot like the Sandwich Tern. Excellent capture! :)

What a gorgeous capture of this bird and its natural setting! Not to sure what it is myself, though I do know a beautiful bird when I see one! Lovely lighting.. it's such a splendid atmosphere!
