_____ The radioactive plume from discharges from the damaged reactor core could reach Fukushima metropolitan France next Wednesday or Thursday, said Saturday the Institute for Radiological Protection and Nuclear Safety, after making a model. The expected concentrations of cesium 137 in the air should be "a level too low to be detected by the 170 beacons warning" network Téléray IRSN, the institute said in a statement. They "will have no adverse health and environmental" and "so low" they can not be detected in environmental samples by measurements carried out in specialized laboratories, adds IRSN. In collaboration with Météo France, he modeled the movement of the plume, which dilutes while progressing in the Northern Hemisphere. According to the projection, the plume covered Friday most of North America and north-eastern Siberia. He spent Saturday on the North Atlantic and the Caribbean and was expected to reach the territory of Saint Pierre and Miquelon. It could happen over the Hexagon 23 or March 24. Cesium-137 is considered representative of radioactive material released long-distance during a nuclear accident.

yep and its not over yet. now big talks for security must be raised and all that. that means to me they did not build secure to save money, now they have to revise/upgrade the reactors in some countries. the same bulls... over and over all the time.
