Description
She rides forth in the eerie twilight of the Badlands, her black steed in a thundering gallop, the wind howling, the shrill sound of her battle cry echoing across the wastelands. Black wolves race along beside, ravenous for the hunt and adding their howling to the fearsome cacophony. It is a sight and a sound to strike fear in the hearts of men...blackhearted men. For she is the Dark Valkyrie, and unlike the other daughters of Wotan who ride forth from Valhalla to gather back there the souls of fallen heroes, her quest are the souls of dying warriors who are indeed no heroes...she seeks the murders, backstabbers, and perfidious cowards who blacken the name of true warriors. They will witness her mortifying gaze and know retribution for their nefarious deeds...

The Dark Side created so beautifully! I always imagine that there is another who collects the dark and evil souls, another besides the "Devil", or perhaps she is doing his work. Wonderful dark and heavily foreboding atmo. Has a hint of Frazetta's work.
