Description

I took this image about 2 wks ago..when I first spied them growing at my mom's house...I was so frustrated I hadn't saw any sign of spring yet...and my cousin sent me a yellow crocus and I knew they had to be up at my mom's as well...as we both planted them there at the same time we planted hers...I was in for a surprise when I saw the lil pretty snowdrops right in the mix...Such a delight to see on one of our first pretty days here in Ky....My hubby stayed with my cousins hubby...his boss while she took a breather and we got out to get some pics......Got a few..but I have been so weak haven't really felt like posting them..so just been commenting... I was in the hospital for 4 days last week..went in with a fever of 103.8...and a severe kidney infection was suppose to be an overnight stay..yeah I thought overnight will turn into a week...and it almost did..my temp kept spiking while I was in the hospital...my Dr was waiting in my room when they wheeled me in my from ER saying I almost waited too late....Ran a high fever for 3 days...and got fluids and antibiotics out the wazoo for a week...still on antibiotics oral..... had blood work done yesterday...a check up today and it was perfect...Dr said it would take me a week or two at least until I got to feeling better...now if my fever gets to 100.5 I am to call his office immediately and he will personally call me back..more than likely to be admitted....I weighed 108lbs in the hospital..I now weigh 112...so have gained 4 lbs..Yeah...that is way better than losing....I am so tired from running 2 days in a row...going to sleep in tomorrow..I have to go get chemo Thurs...and Friday is my Birthday...I am telling everyone I turn 25 (LOL)yeah I wished.....But I just want the weather to hold out so none of these beautiful blooms can be blown off the trees..The Magnolia Tulip Trees and Bradford Pear Trees are absolutely magnificent in all their glory this year...I got a few images of the Magnolia Tulip Tree it is the most prettiest I have ever saw that tree........Told hubby I would love to go to Wally World and get me 2 new paperbook novels....maybe a new T-Shirt....and a new cotton nightgown.....Don't need nothing sexy..I just want to feel comfy when I crawl under the covers..not a Victoria Secret nightgown...when all I want to do is just go in a deep peaceful sleep.......A kiss and a cuddle good night is good enough for me after being married 28yrs LOL... The weather has been beautiful here...Got up to 78 the past 2 days.....Have made my trip to the library this week..The Dollar Store and Grocery Store plus the hospital for blood work and the Dr's office for a check-up..I feel like I have been to Louisville and back..... All post work done in PSP9..just added borders..and text......... Thank you for any comments...and also thank you if you put this image in your favorites... Keep me in your prayers........ Beautiful capture Susan. So nice to see signs of spring somewhere. Here we still have 4 feet of snow in the yard. Another storm coming into today. YUK. So tired of winter. Glad to hear you have a good Dr that takes care of you and you got over your fever. Happy Birthday on Friday!!!! Hugs Liz
