Thanks for your comments. I snapped this one while my wife worked behind me to get the tripod ready. In the waning light, I didn't think the handheld shot would do well, but I wanted a "contingency shot" in case I didn't get another. After I got the tripod shot I got greedy and took a couple steps forward and she waddled off.
