Description

This piece is inspired by a story I used to tell my children about dragonflies when they were little and we would take them fishing. Short Version: Mother Ocean wanted to send Father Sky a message of her love for him and she asked the dragonflies to carry that message to him. They felt very honored to help her. That is why you always see dragonflies near the water, they are remembering the time Mother Ocean choose them to carry her message of love to Father Sky. About My Art: My art is created using digital mixed media with many traditionally painted elements scanned and made into psd’s to be used in my work. The tools I use to create my work are varied and many. Daz Studio 3 Advanced, Carrara Pro 7, Bryce 7, Hexagon, Poser 5, Vue, Adobe Photoshop CSS, Corel Painter, Paint Shop Pro, Apophysis, Chaos Pro, My Nikon, Traditional Watercolors, Colored Pencil, Conte Watercolor Crayons, and my trusty well loved Wacom Tablet. A beautiful and interesting form of art. Very nice color, pose and detail and a nice story as background. Like her face. But the water mark a little bit disturbing. Smile
