Franco “Eat me”Risotto is one of the inhabitants on this isle of wealth,in the new district Corruptia in NewCydokk.
He is a real bad mobster,he has the construction business under control and well greased,that’s why his alcolyte Johnny Moffa is always invited to the parties to dip his beak as they say. The girls are all there and the boys can play with money (and with the girls later on)

Girls looks so innocent. Ya agree buys look like pigs..Love Frankie with his inner tube on even though he has his pants on. Maybe someone is threatening to throw him in the pool? Great scene but can use more lighting..
