Hello! Beautifully done, I'm a great admirer of your products & have purchased quite a few of them & even have some of your older products such as the Daimler Mk1 scout car, so keep up the good work. Back in the late 70's to mid 80's I was in a Canadian army recce (reconnaissance)unit, used the m38a1 & m151 jeeps that mounted the m1919 recalibrated to 7.62 mm nato rounds. I'm also familiar with the butt extension used on the weapon, it was made of a light metal aloy & was completely hollow & fitted tightly on that large screw on the butt plate, I don't remember them being made of wood. Even on the armorer manuals for the weapon & these were manuals from the 1950's US army, the butt plate extension was metal, making it of wood would have made this already heavy weapon, even heavier. I think I still have the operators manual for the apc m113 familly & that book had various crew weapons for personal & vehicle defense, such as the 50 cal & m14, I'll check to see if the m1919 is also part of that it will actually show how to maintain the weapon. Well done on the modelling
