Description

Honestly I don't know about this one, hopefully I'm not too depressed :) Originally this was a texturing exercise on her skin (SSS and specular effects). This turned out well as such, but then the antialiasing of the hair strands left a lot to be wished for, and then...Sometimes things like this can happen when the image takes over and demands a certain route. But basically I quite like it, otherwise I wouldn't post it :) Vue 8.4 Complete render, very little postwork on the render, the tacky framing is Photoshop. V4 & hair from DAZ. Hey Lars....this is a nice work that I would change the wood texture to something older maybe...a darker weather worn..maybe a bit of ivy. I think this deserves it....it's really a nice work.

Good pose, great color. You might want to consider using Corvas' Simple Details to make V4's shoulders more real. Its quite inexpensive.

The texturing and lighting turned out really well. Yeah I think I'm hooked on DS for figure renders. And with the reality plugin and lux renderer... photorealism is that much closer.
