Description
Ultra Fractal 5.04, with ten-layers used. Most of the layers are identifiable but two may need an explanation. The background uses two. and the upper of the two offset star-shapes in the lower left corner uses two as I wanted to make it the crisper of the two and superimposing "hard light" on the "normal" colouring mode enabled this.
As to the title, I recently listened to a radio discussion in which the existence of free will was questioned. It had me wondering how our lives are constrained. I'll let you ponder the thought.

Excellent fractal. The concept of free will is a big subject, my opinion is that we do very much have free will, but always with consequences. We can have free will to go out and drive my car off the brigde, but there is no guarentee I would survive it.
