Description
Using the gas giant as a dynamo, the antimatter refinery harnesses the electromagnetic energy from the planet to accelerate electrons to the speed of light where their mass increases due to relative physics by nearly a thousand times. They then smash into each other to produce both an electron and an anti-proton.
The USS Enterprise then enters orbit to negotiate with the solar system's inhabitants to open trade relations with them before the Klingons or the Romulans are able to.
