Είναι τόσο ψηλά εδώ… Θα μπορούσαμε ν’ αγγίξουμε όλο τον κόσμο… Θα μπορούσαμε να ήμασταν αγκαλιά μαζί… Μα σε πλήγωσα εκείνο το βράδι… Δεν βλέπω χρώματα από τότε… Δε μπορώ να κλάψω… Δε μου έχει μείνει δύναμη πια… Συγχώρεσε με… Θέλω να ήμαστε όπως πριν… Τότε που μου διάβαζες ποιήματα μπροστά στο τζάκι και η βροχή χτυπούσε στα τζάμια… Αλλά ξέρω ότι ο ήλιος βασίλεψε πια… Κηλίδες αίματος μπροστά μου… Το πρόσωπο σου προβάλει στον ορίζοντα σαν οπτασία… Σχεδόν μπορώ να σ’ αγγίξω… Πάρε αυτή τη νύχτα που με σκεπάζει… Πάρε με απ’ το χέρι, σφίξε με να νιώσω τη ζεστασιά του κορμιού σου… Φύσηξε παγωμένος αέρας, Δε βλέπω τη μορφή σου πια… Σκοτεινιάζει… Είναι πιο γαλήνια έτσι, Δεν πονάω… Ψυθιρίζω τ’ όνομα σου στο σκοτάδι που έρχεται… .....................................................................................................
