L’anno passato ho dovuto aspettare mesi prima di incontrare la farfalla pavone ( se ricordo bene fino a giugno ), quest’anno si vede con una certa frequenza . Ho approfittato per farla vedere quando chiude le ali , è irriconoscibile .Il colore , molto scuro , le permette di mimetizzarsi più facilmente . Quando poi apre le ali mostra la sua riconosciuta bellezza da cui deriva il nome ( Inachis Io ) in onore della Sacerdotessa di Giunone ( IO ) famosa per la leggendaria bellezza . Farfalla molto diffusa e credo conosciuta da tutti , ma sempre piacevole da incontrare . Mario, questa è una splendida foto il mio amico. Non ho mai visto una farfalla come questo prima d'ora. Sono felice di aver acquisito una foto di essa all'inizio di quest'anno.
