Description
This will be my final render of the prevalent until I build some more models or a station to throw into the scene. I also have to do some more testing with lighing as I was new too doing this kind of model in space.
I would though like to thank everyone for there thoughts and comments on my pictures as they help me to better my work.
And once again I would like to add that all shapes, textures, and effects were all created by me in either bryce5 or cinema 4d.
Thanks for you viewing and Peace out.

Nice detail. I like the hyperspace, but I would scale it more, maybe half-again the size...

Strange model espesially solar batteries. Why do u need those in space far away from any star?? And should not enter to the hyperspace be like a wormhole not just a bllue cloud? And maybe u should put few more galaxies its kinda empty there (like on this pic http://www.cnn.com/TECH/space/9811/23/hubble.deep.field/story.galaxies.jpg ).

hey evermore, i posted my star ground in 2D gallery. don't know much about these graphics apps yet. so don't know if it helps.

I think this is pretty good. The thrusters are well done and it's good to see a scene with no imported 3rd-party models! The detailed textures are also quite good. A more dramatic POV would help, though, plus brighter lighting on the ship. Also, if I was really picky (which I am) I'd say that going into hyperspace would be accompanied by a pinkish cloud rather than a blue one - what's called a "red shift" as matter is sucked away from the universe and the wavelength of the emitted light is lengthened! Or should I just keep my thoughts to myself... ;)))

i really like it... glad to hear it's not the final. it's gone through alot, and i know what you mean about the comments, even if they sting a bit sometimes, they are good-natured and almost always helpful, so thanks to renderosity. and i agree lighting in general and esp. in space scenes is not trivial! this is a success by my measure.
