Change the FoVy and or change Julia settings, play with the Internal Folds settings, Z multiplier especially and when inside like this get rid of Hard Shadows, they just muddy things up inside. Here is a quick Tweak I did in a couple of minutes. Excellent work. and the version Len posted is seriously upgraded. I would suggest any tricks that Len offers, you follow. I know he has showed me some amazing tweaks over the past few months. And sharing parameters like this is a great example of how all of us can learn how to improve techniques.

Outstanding! Listen to Len he has helped me a lot understanding MB3D. Some of what he says sometimes doesn't make sence but when you do it it actually does. My suggestion is write down the tips you are given for future refrences.
