I got made redundant, one months notice....and have not got a clue where i go from here ?....hopefully to another job but with the world as it is of late...well, we shall see..just letting you know my friends in case i dissapear..lol, that will be as i won't be able to pay for the internet ,hope it does not come to that :-)
Thanks for the peek....and don't forget that the " Doc " has a birthday tomorrow, ssshhh, i did not tell you ok.

I am very sorry ,Ian. I hope that you can find another job. After 12 years, they should give you more than a month to get ready. I wish you luck. You never know, something better maybe will come your way. The image is fantastic!

first before reading the text i was concentrated on the mojo- thanks for inspiring me with that made a couple of backgrounds in mojo over the last days, and i will use them as my bryces on a pane as backgrounds. and now for the bad issues here it happened twice to me. first time in 1990 when i got sacked and ute and me had our mortgage up our ass,as we never received any big money from our parents we had the complete mortgage on our back,i got sacked in the morning and went outside through the rain did not feel the rain was devastated.called uts she calmed me down, got home took the phone 24 hours later i had another job but that was in 1990 as i say. what i wanted to say is i never went down on the floor when big sh.. happened to me,i rather freak out for small stuff, like when i buy some stuff at daz and the payment is made, and daz shows not paid, and its weekend and nobody answers my enmmail lol,or when the phone rings more than twic a day. i send you some positive thoughts my friend. i wish you all the best ian and i have a feeling you have a good week ahead.

Now that I'm making my first steps with that software, I can tell you have made a great image ! Looks simple but it's not for me ;-) About the news, you know what I think, it's a bad one but after the rain, the sunny day will come ( a French idiom, hope it means something in English) !

:-( First mate, excellent image.. Different, full of atmosphere, says just what you are / must be feeling right now.. I won't go on about it will be all right etc.. Coz I just don't know mate? Sorry... You are are just going to join the other 2.5 million other people paid 'head-hunters' are are told to force into any job, anywhere ....that is not there! And we are still losing jobs at 10,000 a moth! Go figure! So, I wish the VERY best of luck Ian, as a friend I do.. Rosy will as well.. You have my contact details if you lose the net.. Dude stay strong.. Rob

Great work!!.....Excellent POV!.....love the addition of the bird....cool! Sorry to hear that you're being made redundent man....I'm from Tyneside where it's been a long long time (like decades) since anyone truly believed they had a job for life....most of us have been or will be hit with redundency/job loss at some time.....Just keep your head up man...sometimes a change of direction in life can be fairly painless and good thing in the long run....I hope this is the case for you.....^_^....Good luck man!!

And yet the goverment keeps telling us that things are getting better. you have to wonder if they have any idea about what is going on in the real world ! I hope things work out for you !!

I was just trawling through the galleries and this pic caught my eye - then I read your words - just want to say 'snap' - unless something amazing happens by the end of the week, I'm out of work for the first time in 16 years, I'm trying not to be running round like a headless chicken, but all I can think is I must keep the roof over my head and the internet connection - here's hoping you find something fast! Hugs Rosie Love the image bty
