Description

I´m redoing my last image, Dirty Girl and I thought I'd post the progress so far for feedback. I did the image mainly for practicing hair painting so the render was rushed as you can see on left part of this image. Instead of redoing the render I decided to try some retouching tricks I picked up recently to enhance and correct the skin. So here's what I've done so far: * Corrected brightness level with Shadows/Highlights adjustment * Fixed bump artifacts with Dust & Scratches * Enhanced shadows and highlights with an overlay layer. * Added slight freckles * Changed the background and adjusted overall color to fit the background with a soft light layer. Next steps will be to fix IDL/shadow artifacts, add makeup and hair, a new texture for the shirt and maybe add some DOF. I mainly need feedback regarding the overall exposure of the image. Is it too bright? My monitor system is a bit wonky so it's hard for me to be sure. Also, is the eye reflection too strong? Any ideas for hair styles or other enhancement or tricks are also appreciated. - Please view the image in full size. - Thank you for taking a peek and any suggestions. Vestmann.

I would say it's a little on the bright side. Eye ref are ok. I think short hair would work
