If seriousness of intent is a contributing factor, airborne success here is guaranteed. What a fascinating character! With all of the bizarre components, I think the ultimate element here just has to be the hat. I mean, fifty percent of her gravamen comes from the hat. Who would Marry Poppins be without the hat with the big flower on the side? And speaking of flowers, the ones you have here are awesome. Great work, Barb!
