Description

i set up this scene originally to test an emitter light set i built, similar to a photographer's portrait studio setup with selectable side, rim, & front lights. though the lighting looked spectacular & was the effect i was aiming for, even after 24 hours it hadn't cleared up much. i added a sun/sky & tried that, disabling all the emitters in Lux, but still had too much noise . so i delected all the emitters & left a simple sun/sky setup, & within 30 minutes it had cleared up nicely with little noise. which tells me that even the presence of disabled emitters in your Lux scene impacts render time. PP2010 Antonia 1.2 P2L 3.9, Lux RC2 32 bit matte translucent rough on Flohair, BE textures odf skin, Fenrissa textures velvet with texture on top BB sun/sky (IBL no texture) lighting, sky disabled GC 1.5 in Lux postwork to smooth out some shadows
