you also need to have her feet on the ground and try to get those breasts right they look like balloons popping up. Other wise I very much like the backgound texture

yep, shadows need work... and try blurring her a bit, background is blurry too. ..i would darken background, to give some mood to the pic, but thats only my opinion, i like dark pics.
