Description

Hi all - The idea for this pic is that the human is protecting the alien queen from those who would do her harm. But the alien queen is a bit surprised by this behavior. She's used to peace and harmony, not violence and weapons. This human species is most unusual. Special thanks to all those who commented and fav'd me for my last picture. I know I've been posting a lot lately but I'm making up for the past couple months. I finally feel like doing art again. Yeah. :) And I have time to visit the galleries. Yeah again. What an intriguing character you have brought to life here. The reds really show off against the almost all gray image. Can almost smell the grease on metal in this image.

This is awesome Lori, I love the alien queen... she's so unique! I'm slowly getting back into the groove myself so I know exactly what you mean. Personally I think it had alot to do with the winter months because I know so many others who's muse also seemed to fly south for the winter! :)
