Description
Had so much fun making this. After seeing the new SteamPunk 'thing' going on, I decided to pull my FRACTAL little dude back out and let him join in the fun. I made the hat, each of the gears, and the background and connected them all in Paint Shop Pro. The glasses are a preset shape in PSP that I merely colorized.
