Description

True story: I walked into a small store we have here for my lottery ticket, and there on the floor sat this wolf large as life he was chained as the owner was right beside him he told that he works for and has a license from our government and he goes up in the hills and saves these creatures and apparently has a farm ,which I was invited to anytime I would love to visit I declined but would love to go with my son one day: I truly do not believe he is allowed to bring this animal into the city but I decided I shouldn't ask lol Can u just imagine the look on my face ?? holy smokes~ ~knightwolf, lonelywolf,I will dedicate this to you both: hugs evie:

I've looked into wolves eyes. They were sad and behind bars. I wish I had seen it. ... Pssst. I would like a - as a companion. Fascinating character - smart, clever and loyal. But I can imagine your face. Would be every so delivered at an unexpected meeting. LOL Thanks for this story. The little picture is great. ... I wished the human being would learn again to live with nature - not in chains - FREE.

before when I had a Malamute, he looked just like a wolf.when I would take him with me out in public, people would give him wide berth.he was very gentle however.your art work is special

My Timberwolf of 22 years(recently passed away) was worth every damn complaint/ticket I got from people that didn't understand that if with the right circumstances and the right people that they make for a wonderful pet.No I'm sure he was breaking a few laws by having him/her there(each state has it's owns set of laws) but like I said it all depends on the people.I was lucky to have persuaded my local vet throughout the years I had mine to give him checkups when needed as he was breaking the law in doing so because of them being considered non domestic animals and they are not allowed to work with them and are suppose to call the DNR if knowing someone has one because of the laws and that they have to have a license/permit to own one.I say bullsh#t...just another way for the DNR to stick their nose in where it doesn't belong IMO. Thanks Evie for the time you took in creating this wonderful work of art!... much obliged.....(smiles)..

As one who has been preaching on saving these magnificent creatures for years along with many other endangered species... I'm in love with this one Evie. The eye is drawn to the one in the center...and that is the perfect part, while the center one isn't too obvious, it blends beautifully and touches me... I would have taken the storeowner up on his offer... There is something so human about them..
