brings to my mind,that the good will prevail. we have some a..holes living in the block who never intend to greet me (maybe because i am a foreigner,foreigners have diseases you know in their small minds), anyway to cut a long story short i grin at them and greet them with the most shitty grin on my face and they have to answer lol.it always makes me smile. but the evil has many faces thats why we have to be aware at all times.

sounds like a familiar story with the rose wilting and coming back... Joy saying: "I never really liked red anyway" seems very uncharactoristic of some being powered by joy... this was an easier read on my tired brain - lol I was able to stick to the story on this one, maybe even too much = lol I like how your brother put Joy in a bright sky and gloom in a clouded sky.

I like how Joy and Gloom are kind of cancelling each other out. Also, with regards to Rene's comment that evil wears many faces and to be aware at all times - one of the sayings from Master Funakoshi is "Step outside your door and face 10,000 opponents." Be ready at all times. Be vigilant.
