I bet it is much like a small sundial. My only thought would be this can't be adjusted for the seasons and the movement of the sun so it must be more like a sundial that tells the seasons. Wonderful POV

Will have to do some research on that one! Nice shot of the line of view! I lived in London for 10 years before coming to Ireland where I started my interest in Archeology! I suppose London is not the ideal place for this sort of thing, more then likely I will be proved wrong!
