Hi everyone; hope you are all doing well. As most of you are looking towards the warm seasons, ours are changing, as we move into Autumn, although we are having beautiful days, despite the nights being much colder and darker. I worry for the poor in Christchurch whose homes are in bad shape, and who have no resources to heat their houses. Nothing much has changed for them since I last wrote about their plight. It's so unfair. It's a lot colder in ChCh than it is up here in the North where I live. As is usual when the poor are in trouble, few voices are raised in their favour. It makes me really grumpy, as our disaster plays out just like the disasters elsewhere in the world. Those with resources recover better than those without. It's hard for everybody of course, but it's in no way an even spread.
