Description

B5/PSP/Forest by Liteluvr&Foleypro(available in freestuff)Grass obj from 3dplants.com/Clouds from my "Real World Cloud Pack" 4 Bryce and Poser or any 3D Program That you can Import Jpegs and apply to an Object or 2d square....Available here in the MP Now all I did here was bring a 2d square into the scene and then I went into the picture Editor and brought in My Cloud Package which has 15 of my Photographic Skies and I chose #3 for this Picture then I applied it to the square and moved to the outer edge of my land formation and brought the square level with the horizon then I stretched to fit the scene and I changed the color to a darker blue and then made sure that all shadow settings are off then I duplicated the square and moved forward a little bit then I set the transparency settings at 50% then I clicked copy in the second window(alphe channel)then clicked on the paste button in the first window then clicked ok and bamm ther you go all told the sky comes in at a whoppin 4 Polygons which saves a heck of alot on render times....Of course I will do a little more postwork to this pick I havent done anything to the clouds yet just the name and some of the grass...Render time as follows--AMD 1.3 w/512 ddr and Geforce2--27 minutes and 43 seconds @normal antialias and 48 bit otimsed also at a resolution of 1536 by 1152...Then postworked and resized to 1024 by 768....This is a W.I.P.

You have done a great job with this scene Brian. Good placement of the trees and excellent sky. Well done and also thanks for explaining how you achieved it. ---- Scott.

LOL - A work in progress he says! Dang it man, If I could render like this I'd be saying, "Well, here's my finished render, how do you like it?" Your skills just keep on getting better and better my friend and I marvel at every render you manage to create - then you come up with "W.I.P." and blow me away even more! Utterly fantastic Brian.
