she is so excited and has taken to him like a little mother lol:
I retired from nursing in 1998 and decided since having more time and the kids all grown to try
my hand in bryce art and some photography
and not a proffesional at all just having fun
My Canadian hubby passed in 1990
I remarried in 1992 to my present hubby:
we have no children together .

How do one say: It was 1/2 inch cold! LOL of course, can check only men! The very hard! When I was young, I've also in such weather the waves tested. And afterwards enriched the pharmacy! LOL Now it's no problem - the layer of fat keeps warm! LOL

In my youth Evie, I use to lay on the beach & surf year round, and no wet suit! 1963-8 anywhere along South Bay and on down! ;) Now I would not, except on a very very hot day in mid Summer!

I'm with Dennis, cold water was no big deal when I was young. Now days a luke warm pool seems too cold..lol. Great photo Evie. Bravo and hugs from Dave :^)

The Ocean off Southern California is never warm because of the Japan Current. It's about 60 all year round as I remember.

Nuts maybe but more anxious for a bit of summer... LOL I wouldn't do it and I can't wait to stick my feet into the ocean but I'll wait till the outside temp is above 75

when I have been to Santa Cruz, it has always been very chilly with a strong wind.never the less there has always been surfers out riding the waves.I made a mistake in Houston when I seen some children in the swimming pool during early May and I thought if they can do it then I can.well I was sick the whole weekend in bed very beautiful seascape
