I had to look at this a few times, at first I was sure that this was Poser, & I´m still not sure!!!! Anyway if its a photograph then its quite amazing!

a doll, a very realistic manikin, a poser? very beautiful, great capture (light, texture, etc) but she needs human expression! HA! otherwise she really looks like a 3D render! a very good looking one!
