My mind goes to "I love a rainy night..." and "Rainy night in Georgia...". When I try to understand this exact one I get "Don't stop the rain..." It's coming down really hard now and the spray off trucks is creating moments of total blindness in Kentucky. "Oh! No! don't let the rain come down...." Even the Nebelmeister at Nurburgring would be challenged. "Raindrops keep falling on my head..." Messy hair and no shoes makes sense. "Singing in the rain..." The shorty dance dress is coming into it's own. It's not quite a laydown hand yet. Several reindeers have become honeydews now that we have to stay inside. "Slender tinsel rain from a confetti sky, shaken tarpaulin whipped billowing in the night, the crash of light remembered lost in wet between the toes."
