Excellent depiction of stress here Mike. I have 92 people that work directly for me, and always find it terribly frustrating at staff meetings when well paid proffessionals tend to act more like preschool kids with ADHD. I too wish I could employ your method of going upside thier heads, but alas the law is on their side and doesnt allow corporal punishment. Stay strong Mike it gets better, just need to not let them break you down in the mean tims.
