Happy Easter to you all, I wish you all a great one, take care, warm hug's, Ute The Empty Tomb Early on the first day of the week, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene went to the tomb and saw that the stone had been removed from the entrance. So she came running to Simon Peter and the other disciple, the one Jesus loved, and said, They have taken the Lord out of the tomb, and we don't know where they have put him! So Peter and the other disciple started for the tomb. Both were running, but the other disciple outran Peter and reached the tomb first. He bent over and looked in at the strips of linen lying there but did not go in. Then Simon Peter, who was behind him, arrived and went into the tomb. He saw the strips of linen lying there, as well as the burial cloth that had been around Jesus' head. The cloth was folded up by itself, separate from the linen. Finally the other disciple, who had reached the tomb first, also went inside. He saw and believed. They still did not understand from Scripture that Jesus had to rise from the dead. Das leere Grab Am Tag nach dem Sabbat kam Maria aus Magdala in aller Frühe zum Grab, als es noch dunkel war. Sie sah, dass der Stein vom Eingang des Grabes entfernt war. Da lief sie zu Simon Petrus und zu dem Jünger, den Jesus besonders lieb hatte, und berichtete ihnen: Sie haben den Herrn aus dem Grab genommen und wir wissen nicht, wohin sie ihn gelegt haben! Petrus und der andere Jünger machten sich auf den Weg zum Grab. Sie liefen miteinander los, aber der andere Jünger lief schneller als Petrus und war als Erster am Grab. Er beugte sich vor und sah die Leinenbinden liegen, aber er ging nicht hinein. Als Simon Petrus nachkam, ging er sofort in die Grabkammer. Er sah die Leinenbinden und das Tuch, mit dem sie Jesus das Gesicht bedeckt hatten. Dieses Tuch lag nicht bei den Binden, sondern war getrennt davon zusammengelegt. Nun ging auch der andere Jünger hinein, der zuerst am Grab angekommen war. Er sah alles und kam zum Glauben. Denn sie hatten die Heiligen Schriften noch nicht verstanden, in denen doch steht, dass Jesus vom Tod auferstehen muss.

Ah! Mrs Cyberdoc! I love a lot of the messages and tales from various beliefs and The Ressurrection is a great one - gives hope. Not a massive fan on "religion" though, but a big beliver in the various "messages". Happy Easter!
