Description

°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° Near Orléans, the Loire locks into its meander, Sologne, an immense 500.000 hectare region constituted by moors of heathers, by ponds and by forest. Sologne evokes a wild and often inaccessible region, a ground of hunting reserved for a fortunate elite... Celebrated by Genevoix, Alain Fournier... the Sologne however deserves that one is delayed there because, in spite of appearances, it offers many possibilities to discover a rich and very diversified nature, without pressing the least piece of private property. The discovery of this exceptional inheritance is possible thanks to the many marked out ways (more than 1500 km), with the minor pleasant roads which thread through the forests and the moors, along the ponds, crossing picturesque villages, with the old churches … The Sologne does not count less than four hundred castles! Among most beautiful opened with the visit: Chambord, Cheverny, Le Moulin... °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° Comments found on the Net Thanks for comments - Commentaires appréciés
