"Thundering1"...?!
A bit too much bravado, perhaps...? Maybe some machismo gone awry?!
Nope - it's the username that stuck. I'm a freelance photographer/Photoshop guy who wants to start an FX company named Thundering Images.
One of my first internet accounts I tried to start, "thundering" was taken, but "thundering1" worked... I kept it because, for no other reason, it was easy to remember... ;-)BIOMajored in Photography&Filmmaking in '94, and I've only put ONE to good use - hoping to change that soon with a new group of like-minded people!
A friend turned me on to Bryce (V2 at the time), I've recently discovered Vue5 Infinite, and (wishing to further my modelling and rendering capabilities) purchased Softimage|XSI Foundation (Feb '05), and recently Cinema4D XL.
And noting how special effects are put together, I firmly believe each piece of software I use can only create an element(s) - not the whole finished picture, so expect my stuff to be pieced together from multiple apps, with EXTENSIVE Photoshop work.
I love all things art, so I thoroughly enjoy going through the galleries as often as I can. I'm thrilled to have found such a large community of artists, and experts to help me get better at whatever I hope to learn.
As busy as I am, it takes me a while to finish something I think is good enough to post, but I hope you enjoy the results.
Take care all, and enjoy the ride!
-Lew ;-)

I haven't been around in a while so when I get back and see what I've been missing I remember why I started posting here. You've done a pretty seamless job filling in the details manually. I like that you kept the glow in the eyes and the scuff marks are well placed - nice work yet again
